When the Blue LLama Jazz Club opened in Ann Arbor in late 2018, I knew I wanted to make a live recording there. The owners had spared no expense in designing the room to be perfect for live music, and they had a state of the art sound system. So every time the Anest, Kendrick, & McKinney organ group would show up to play, I made sure we recorded those sets.
After releasing Live at the BLUE LLAMA Vol. 1 on CD, I decided that Volume 2 would be a vinyl only release. There is no option to purchase this album digitally or to stream it. If you want to hear this music then you need to buy this record. Also, every copy is unique so you don't know what color vinyl you will be getting. This is my first vinyl release and I could not be more happy with the music and the design that went into this record!
